Each layer of this simple dish brings its own health benefits. Use celery instead of potato chips, and you can also cut calories by more than half!
Ingredients
- 4 cups of shredded lettuce
- 3 medium-ripe avocados crushed and mixed with 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt mixed with 1 package of low-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 can of black beans
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 cans of sliced olives
- 8 oz. 2% cheddar.

Instructions
- Starting with the lettuce at the bottom of a bowl, add each layer on top of the next, finishing with the cheese. Alternate a celery stick with each piece of whole grain cereal to cut your calories in half.
