This cream pie is similar to a chess pie, but prepared in a wonderfully unique way! It’s not a very sweet dessert. The texture is reminiscent of flan without the caramel. If you want something more delightful, we suggest trading milk for heavy cream and margarine for butter. Cinnamon would also be delicious sprinkled on top. Super easy to make, we liked this cream pie.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c margarine
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c white sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 c milk, 2
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Butter a pie plate.
- Butter a 9-inch pie plate.
- Pour the dough into the pie plate.
- Pour the dough into the pie plate.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake the pie in the oven.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- One slice of Magic Crust pie on a plate.
- The flour will settle to make its crust.
