He uses a lot of vegetables and low-fat ingredients, so I didn’t feel guilty about nibbling him. I’ll definitely do it in the summer when I’m by the pool!
- red pepper, diced
- 2 jalapenos (unseeded), diced
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1/2 can diced olives
- 16 oz fat-free cream cheese (softened)
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix
- Mix the ingredients. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
